oooh, mirliton. where’d you get it? – or the seeds anyway. my mom wants to grown one and i can’t find a plant anywhere. someone told me to use one from the grocery store, but there has to be a better way, huh?
It all sounds so exciting. I’ve never seen an artichoke grow but I’m sure it will be amazing. When you get too many mirlitons you know where I am. Have a wonderful time watching your garden grow – of course minus the slugs – maybe you can catch them and sell them to the restaurants.
What’s a creole tomato?
Slug feast!!!!!

Wow! Things are really coming along here. They look wonderful! I don’t think I’ve ever had a creole tomato or mirliton before.

Now I have to look up what ‘mirliton’ is. My tomatoes finally have blooms on them too. I might even be able to pick my first pepper soon.

Yum–all of them! I haven’t had mirliton in years. Hehe, I’d love to hear how people who aren’t familiar with it pronounce it.
I have never even heard of a Mirliton before?? And yum to when all these finish growing!!
