(moment of silence)... my Mac at home had the blue screen of death not too long ago (luckily Apple support was able to talk it back down) and my PC at work got the Black Screen of the Apocalypse (mother board fried). A frankenstein-style fix was in order and I was back online within a couple hours. I feel your pain, sista friend! Ha-ha! Seriously, my husband has taken my laptop apart more times than I can count and I always have to be careful when he does that b/c God forbid I knock a teeny tiny screw off and it doesn't work unless plugged to the power cable! Oh wait, it doesn't work unless plugged in!! Don't know what happened to cause that (could've been the multiple times it was taken apart or the multiple times being dropped) but I blame him:) I think it's my battery though. I need to buy so much for this damn thing that I'm thinking we just need a desktop. At least I never dropped that.
