In my [former] little square of Louisiana, we had/have gators- from pirate gators to mosaic gators to a million other things; and I believe that Tulsa has penguins in the same fashion... And with all of the fabulous art flowing through the veins down there, I expect to see some pretty great streetcars. Looking forward to your pictures! I love projects like this, and it’s exciting to see something like this taking place in NO!
