Maybe the 1 in 6 is their nice way of rejecting gay applicants. Kinda crappy if you ask me but that could be it . . . well, unless your friend isn't gay. Well, then, I am at a loss to such craziness. They've never even met your friend, how in the world do they come up with such a judgment? Secondly, they don't *help* anyone, they are purely there just to facilitate contact between their customers. Maybe your friend should find out whether one or two of his answers in the customers profile was worded poorly, and therefore indicated he was too creepy for e-harmony. You or your husband should try setting up a profile with more or less the same answers and see if you get the same response. Could e-harmony have written anything more ungracious and ridiculous?
