It is not ideal. I like the socialization, commeraderie of offices and it is an escape. BUT! That said, onsite working doesn't always work for everyone's life. Someday, I want to return to the office part-time at least. For now, I telecommute to keep my kids out of daycare. Nothing against daycares, just my choice! I want to enjoy them while they are young!
